Erro ao criar contas no WHM

Quando se tenta criar uma nova conta no WHM o seguinte erro pode acontecer:
Create a new Account
Account Creation Status: failed (Sorry, a DNS entry for site.com.br already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) )

Isto pode ocorrer por diversos motivos…
Alguns deles:
Foi marcada a opção:
Keep Dns Zone (needed if you have moved a domain between servers in the same dns trust relationship, and wish to remove the old domain)
Ou durante a exclusão do domínio houve algum erro nos servidores em cluster.
Para resolver o erro rode como root o seguinte comando:
/scripts/killdns dominio.com.br
